Charles Merser Double Barrel London Rum is a blend of rums from Jamaica, Barbados, Dominican Republic and Panama.
The individual rums are blended together in London and then married for 6 months creating a rum of exceptional character and balance.
On the nose, you will find an alluring vanilla sweetness with flashes of vibrant tropical fruit and a wonderful toasty oak character.
The palate is mouth-coating, warming and generous with soft notes of vanilla, more of that tropical fruit and some wine-like notes created through the cask maturation process. Toasty oak returns on the finish alongside sweet vanilla and hints of pastry cream.
Recommended with Fever Tree Madagascan Cola or Ginger Ale as a long drink or enjoy over ice.
